David is excited to be making his debut with Seattle institution ACT – A Contemporary Theater this summer. He will be appearing in two of the three one acts featured in their annual “Evening of One Acts”<\/a>, which runs from July 18 – August 17. <\/p>\n

\nThree celebrated writers and their trio of short plays stretch the imagination with magic, surprise, wonder, and a dose of science fiction fantasy to the summer. Famous for their successes on the big screen and the stage, we take a look at what Martin, Allen, and Shepard bring to their respective short stories.<\/em><\/p>\n

David will be appearing in two of the three works:<\/p>\n

Patter for the Floating Lady by Steve Martin<\/strong> [featuring David Foubert as the Magician]<\/em>: The bittersweet conclusion of a romance between a lovesick magician and his aloof assistant.<\/p>\n

The Unseen Hand by Sam Shepard<\/strong> [featuring David Foubert as Cisco]<\/em>: Loners, outlaws, and aliens come together in a wild affirmation of free will and pioneering human spirit.<\/p>\n
